In Defense of Humans was created in the Fall of 2014 at the Fabric Workshop and Museum. Using hundreds of drawings, pattern tests and sketches, this quilt-like print depicts moments of political, social and environment unrest as well as the work of resistance and protest movements.  Whether it be defending protestors of the Keystone XL pipeline or channeling celestial energy from Mike Brown, "Protectors" are in place, linked together to defend the people and resources that need it most. It is a homage, celebration and premonition of resistance to come.
